I wanted to be a fan of these Innocent Super Smoothies. I really did.
I liked the packaging. The flavors sounded fun and unique. They claimed to be full of vitamins. Thbey all even contain flax seed - the internet told me flax seed is important!
And then I looked at the nutritional information.
All three contain more than the recommended daily allowance of sugar. Sure, the added viatmins are a plus, but I feel like there are ways of getting those same vitamins without having to eat so much sugar.
"Felicia, I don't care about vitamins. What do these taste like?"
Well..they're okay.
Energize had a really nice Strawberry flavor that reminded me of Finnish summer. Antioxidant tasted a bit like candy. Defense tasted like regular orange juice with a mild pumpkin aftertaste. But, at just over €2.50 a bottle, I don't think any of them have a flavor that justifies the price point.
